Professional Overview
- Practice focused on defending professionals (primarily lawyers, insurance producers, and design professionals) in malpractice litigation, and on representing condominium and homeowner associations on corporate and litigation affairs;
- Served as National Coordinating Counsel for several corporations in environmental litigation;
- Lead counsel in more than 20 jury trials in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, California, Pennsylvania and Connecticut
Education
Dan received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 1996, where he served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Society and participated in moot court competitions involving national security and environmental responsibilities. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Purdue University in 1992.
