Professional Overview
Jamey Davidson is a Partner in our Chicago office. His practice focuses on the defense of lawyers, accountants, real estate agents/brokers and other professionals in professional negligence matters. He also counsels insurance companies in coverage-related matters and litigation and represents corporations and individuals in employment, products liability and commercial disputes. Jamey also represents condominium associations, their officers and Board of Directors in various matters.
Jamey has been published and frequently lectures on ethical issues and legal responsibilities of lawyers. He has written and lectured on damages in legal malpractice actions, on conforming law firm websites to the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct and on issues of attorney-client privilege and client confidentiality.
Education
Jamey received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2003, where he graduated cum laude. While at Loyola, he was a Senior Member of Loyola's Law Review, Loyola Law Journal, served as a legal writing tutor and was a National Champion at the Wagnor Labor and Capital Employment Law Moot Court competition, besting over 30 other schools.
Jamey received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Ball State University in 2000, where he graduate cum laude and was elected Student Government President.
