O'Hagan Spencer

Professional Overview

Jason is an associate in O’Hagan Spencer’s Los Angeles office.  He handles cases of all kinds, including disputes involving general liability, business litigation and health care malpractice.  But he focuses mainly on representing various manufacturers in product liability and warranty litigation. He takes a lead role in our program of providing clients with thorough and quick evaluations of their cases so that they can either clear the matter and move on or fight a fight that must be fought.
