A really big corporation’s really big facility was shut down for a really long time by an environmental disaster. Fingers started pointing and they converged on our client, an environmental engineer.  It turned out that the only way to convince the finger-pointers it wasn’t his fault was to take it to a jury. Even now, we’re not sure the finger-pointers are convinced the engineer was right. But the jury sure was.
