When a flight attendant sued the maker of a commercial airliner for an electrical shock she claimed to have gotten in a plug-and-play galley, Airbus third-partied the Japanese galley-maker in the District of Columbia. Our lawyers got the court to dismiss the galley-maker on 12(b)(1) jurisdictional grounds. Case closed.
