The NASD is not a place the average securities broker wants to hang around.  Fortunately for our clients, we are very much at home there.  So much at home, that we took a $2,000,000 suitability case for the sale of variable annuities and turned it into a $9,000 nuisance case.  All it took was a lot of hard work up front to show that the elderly complainant was a lot savvier than the innocent victim described herself to be.
