Chris has been a trial lawyer for his entire career. Starting in 1982 with a steady diet of intersection collisions and he said/she said cases, Chris has taken over 125 cases to verdict from the first chair. He’s learned what works and what doesn’t work with judges and juries. And because Chris understands that litigation—especially for the defense—is just a profit drain unless the client learns something from it, he’s been asked to write guides on how to efficiently and effectively handle cases involving particular issues, and he’s served as national and coordinating counsel for several major corporations. So even though his house is in Richmond, his home is the courtroom, no matter where that courtroom happens to be.
