In addition, Ms. Zaroski has served as Underwriters’ counsel in various insurance insolvencies, liquidation proceedings and commutations. She has extensive experience managing claims, evaluating coverage and coverage disputes. Ms. Zaroski’s practice focuses on employment practices liability, attorney malpractice, as well as errors and omissions policies.
