Patrick came to the law by way of Princeton and Notre Dame, and he’s been as successful at the bar as he was in academia. The leader of our aviation litigation group, Patrick helps airlines out of all kinds of disasters. He helps them handle claims, environmental troubles, the NTSB, the nuances of the Warsaw Convention and the unique challenges of emergency response. He also handles motor, rail and ocean cargo claims under the Carmack Amendment and the Carriage of Goods at Sea Act. On top of all that, he works through commercial cases for a good many large and mid-market companies.
