Edward Eberspacher ASSOCIATE

Edward (Ted) Eberspacher is an associate trial lawyer in O’Hagan Spencer’s Chicago office. His practice is dedicated to representing professionals in malpractice cases, manufacturers in products liability suits and corporations and individuals in commercial disputes. Ted was admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court in 2005. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Ted graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Prior to graduating, the College of Law awarded Edward the prestigious Rickert Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Evidence. He was also a regional champion and national finalist in the National HNBA Moot Court Competition and placed third overall with thirty-four teams competing. While at Illinois, Ted was also recognized as a Harno Scholar.
