Edward Eberspacher ASSOCIATE

Edward Eberspacher is an associate trial lawyer in O'Hagan Spencer's Chicago office. His practice is dedicated to defending professionals and manufacturers in malpractice and products liability suits. He also defends corporations and individuals in commercial disputes. Prior to joining O'Hagan Spencer, Edward worked as an associate litigation attorney with O'Hagan, Smith & Amundsen and SmithAmundsen LLC. Edward was admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court in 2005. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Edward graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Law, Magna Cum Laude, as a Harno Scholar. Prior to graduating, the College of Law awarded Edward the prestigious Rickert Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Evidence. He was also a regional champion and national finalist in the National HNBA Moot Court Competition.
