O’Hagan Spencer is looking for eager, experienced litigation attorneys to join our Richmond office’s national practice in civil litigation. We handle high stakes cases all over the country and our associates are on the front lines. Each associate is assigned to his or her own cases and is responsible for working the cases up. Our associates take and defend the depositions of fact witnesses and experts. They attend scene and product inspections with our experts. They have regular contact with clients, opposing and local counsel and experts. They conduct hearings of all kinds and take witnesses at trial.
