We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to join our national practice in civil litigation. We handle high stakes cases all over the country and our paralegals are important contributors to our success in those cases. Each paralegal is assigned to his or her own cases and works closely with the lawyers to work the case up. They pore over medical records, client documents and opposing expert files to find the evidence that helps us win the cases. They attend scene and product inspections with our experts. They have regular contact with clients, opposing and local counsel and experts. They go with us to major hearings and to trial.
