Colorado
Perhaps our most memorable Colorado case involved an horrific accident. We read about it on the front page of a national magazine on Sunday. On Tuesday, we got the call to come in and defend the case. Trial was set before the next winter. There was no moving it. So to recreate the snowy scene of this particular calamity we had to work with the local county authorities to close down a major road and spread fake snow and snow banks in order to duplicate the scene for our photo and video crew. It was like Christmas in July.
