Condominium Associations
As the saying goes “A man’s home is his castle.” If the castle is a condominium, then nowadays that castle is regularly under siege. At the center of it all stands the Board Member. Not many people understand just how much there is to do for a condominium association. On any given day, a condominium Board may have to deal with a lawsuit from a homeowner, an assessment that has not been paid, a foreclosure, a fight over the use of a common element or any number of other perils. Being on a Condo Board is a tough, unpaid and often thankless job. We understand that and are here to help.
