One day, a GC we happened to know called in a hurry. His company’s entire top management team and most of its board had been noticed for depositions in a case in Florida, and his Florida lawyer was telling him that there was nothing he could do about it. The GC wanted to know if that was true. We said, “Not likely.” So we suited up, dove into that particular riptide and dragged the management team and the board to safety.
We’ve handled a pretty amazing array of cases for financial services companies, from contract cases to employment disputes to disagreement with certain Attorneys General. For some of us, this is all we do. It’s rewarding and satisfying work and we’re pleased to do it for most anyone who asks us. |
